I got to supervise my daughter's birthday with a hangover. I was tempted to join in for the laser tag but was worried the flashy lights might make me throw up on one of her friends.

Got some Duco sunglasses from Mrs Swarbs, and some chocolate and a handmade card from the little one. Apparently they are making me fajitas for dinner, so that will either be awesome or an utter disaster on the scale of Sweats' BBQ yesterday.

Just had a Sunday afternoon cider frenzy whilst watching some bands followed by one of those multi cuisine places..

Tried something new though, a Caribbean goat curry. Was lush.

Strangely enough yes.

Was up sweating and bleeding out my arse from 3am. Feel utterly horrendous. Wasn't the goat curry though as my Mrs had the same. I also had a rogan josh and loads of other ****e.

Which one of those God awful multi cuisine ****e holes was it then?

Cosmo? The one in Swindon nearly ****ing killed me.

Ours is a local independent one called flames. Feel terrible. I had some prawns. Reckon it was them that caused the damage. The curries were lovely.

What's everyone eating then?

I've managed to put 3lbs on over the weekend so I'm on a banana and avocado smoothy one for breakfast and then it's leftover lamb tagine for dinner. Too much booze was consumed.

I've got a beer order arriving from France today. The in laws have been at the Euros so they are bringing me back 2 crates of Kronenbourg and 2 of Mahou.

Food wise spag bol for tea tonight, crayfish salad for lunch. Going to have to watch my crayfish consumption they are high in cholesterol.

I haven't had breakfast yet, have no idea what I'm having for my middle of the day meal or my evening meal.
