"These are not Croatian fans. They are terrorists,” Very strong words for a coach of a Country. Quiet a strong Generalisation. Some of those fans could have been caught in the middle of it (the fighting part I mean). They French have been so crap at organising things, and putting in proper safety procedures.
Superb! Graham Etherington @BritishBirder I've 2 tickets for #Euro2016 please log in to view this image final, but didn’t realise it’s same day as my wedding. If u want to go instead it’s in Stoke, her name's Jill.
What a ball from Wes trying to find Long. Fantastic vision. Brady looks a handful again on the break.
I like the look of Hendricks from Derby. Would he be worth a bid? He was great in the first game too.
Is football going mental? Or is the media and the french police ramping everything up and making every little thing a massive issue? There has been many reports about Russian or French fans starting things on England fan, then the England fans got gassed and water sprayed. A lot of innocent people have been sprayed, apparently. Now there is this, from countries you wonder why they would: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36568629 Is football going mental? Or is it a cross between internet and media exposure, and over reactive policing?
I'm not saying it didn't kick off and they fans are innocent, what they did was totally out of order. I mean, like with the England fans who got gassed, water sprayed and hit with batons, when then just reacted vocally to abuse and throwing things from sets of gangs. Are the Police wading in, and turning things into mass violence?

Petition started to get 2018 World Cup moved away from Russia. Too little, too late, methinks - not awarding it to them in the first place may have been the answer, given a big dollop of hindsight! http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/ent...osting-world-cup_uk_57600e43e4b07701cbdbd44e?
Yep, when the little Winker missed that penalty I jumped in the air as if celebrating an England goal
Uefa has fined Croatia 100,000 euros (£77,000) after the crowd trouble during their Euro 2016 match against the Czech Republic on Friday. Sorry, but despite being a lover of Croatia, the country, this just sucks after the scenes we saw the other evening. I bet Luka Modrić could sort that out of his loose change, plus it acts as no deterrent to stop the same thing happening again. If, as reported, this is fundamentally a Dinamo Zagreb vs Hajduk Split problem, why weren't the perpetrators identified, arrested and held or deported. Otherwise the entire tournament could well be tarnished (yet) again. Roll on Russia, 2018 Full article here : http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36575116
I wish Henderson would stop passing it to thin air! We look good, just no cutting edge or luck. Clyne looks fantastic. Vardy working hard.
