fasting is no problem, but not being allowed to drink either, respect if you've gone that far with it. Done a couple of weekly juice diets before I found 5/2 diet, they got hard around day 4 but you can nulify that hunger by drinking water, you piss a lot mind.

Its not just food and drink, its everything, smoking, chewing full stop, only thing your allowed to do is breath

It's not abuse, it's just calling it for what it is.

No-one should be able to eat themselves to that size by the age of 22. That's taken some real dedication lol.

The mere fact that these people are accommodated and have tax payers cash lavished on them for something that is completely avoidable and straight forward to reverse, is plain stupid imo. Lose some weight you fat twat, then you might be able to use a standard doorway.

I don't mind the larger lady (I like a big round ass), but they have to be well suited to the size.

The genre you're talking about is more @Hoddle Is A God style. He's actually a well known womaniser in the field of obesity.
