3 of them through now, and the other team are favourites. Sure it does counties no good at all to go through the back door yadda yadda yadda... Well done to Donegal, Kerry and Mayo.
... and just when accepted 'wisdom' said winning the provincial title was a disadvantage. I don't think the clean sweep will happen, mind
No. Revenge, momentum, whatever you want to call it, but I think the Leinster champions will go out. There again, I thought the Ulster champions would be out by now
Yeah it's worked out that way this year somehow but if they were going to scrap the provincial title's I don't think they would just look at one year.
They would'nt look at two year's either No I see what your saying but I still think eveyone should have the same crack, then there can be no excuse's from anyone.
Everyone does have the same crack. And I said the same last year after Meath went out. Overall, I'd prefer for the provincial championships to be separated from the All-Ireland, but for what it is, everyone gets one chance and one chance only at Sam. For what it's worth, so far, provincial champions have won more quarter finals than they've lost. Dunno why Dubs especially seem so eager to blame the system. And it is mostly Dubs that complain about provincial champions getting a hard time.
I was wrong. Oh well. Well done Dublin. All four provincial champions through. This is a disgrace. There should be a third chance for teams beaten in the provincial championships.
Not blaming any system. Every team doe'snt have the same crack because some team's have to play more game's than other's.
