Who would you have as our next Manager

We can all admit that this has been a really strange transfer. A happy as larry manager about to sign a contract gets a better financial offer....though from a club not in Europe, after he was thrilled to get into the groups stages a few days before. Ok, people can be greedy....didn't fit his own projected character, but we can live with that. He then disappears off on holiday....okay, his agent has probably got permission to act for him. The team he is supposed to join and who are willing to pay him a shedload of money say that there are a few things that need sorting and they must wait for his return from holibobs. Obviously wherever he is has no access to technology...even as basic as a telephone. As I said, I still expect him to go to Everton, but his enthusiasm does not runneth over....though it probably will by his first press conference.

Ok sunshine let's make a few points here.
Bringing someone's weight into how Creditable they are makes you look very stupid. A **** to put it bluntly.
Adam Blackmore is a villa fan. Oops, seems you've made a boo boo there.
He works for the BBC, will have his ties within and outside the club. Other journos has agreed with the stuff too.
So how about to you stop being a delusional little boy, accept the fact that maybe your new manager isn't all that keen, and not use someone's weight as something to use as a weapon against them.
A weapon? <laugh>

He is fat, ****ing huge as it happens. That is a fact. I'd wrongly assumed he was a Saints fan though, so I'll concede that one.

Who cares if he is keen or not, he is obviously keen enough to go there and therefore Everton are getting their man. Most of that Jack Schitt post may be true or not, but he has massively hyped it up in favour of Saints (obvious as he is a Saints fan). The bottom line is Koeman is going, it probably won't be that big a deal for us as we have a great record at replacing managers.

Just been on an Everton board (not trolling as I wouldn't know how), but they are uncertain as well....questioning why he's on holiday. We've always joked about him taking his little breaks leaving little Sammy Lee in charge....they'd better get used to that....though at their wages, he might have to stick around.

It reads like the ramblings of a 14 year old girl who's been dumped.

Koemans agent may well have used the Everton interest to try and get a better deal from Saints both in terms of wages and transfer budget. Surely that's his job?

Saints refused to budge and he's decided to join us. But he's spun that into Koeman not wanting the job at all, and leaving under duress.

Unfortunately he's missed the bit where Koeman could have just said no to us and elected to stay at Saints on the terms originally offered, as don't try and tell me that that they removed the original contract from the table, as I'm just not having it.

He's then added the others being dragged away against their will to boot, when they also could have opted to say 'no ta' to both Koeman and Everton.

It's taken a couple of facts (with some inaccurate timelines btw) and then added a narrative that suits. I can see why Saints fans see it as a very appealing narrative mind, but that doesn't make it accurate.

You seem to still be ignoring the fact that reputable sources are agreeing and validating what was originally said.....

So which bits of the story (Jack's one) do you think are wrong?

Could be validating lots of things in there though - that he didn't play academy players/that he went off at Targett/that he was trying to get a better deal from Saints originally. I just can't believe that he is going to Everton despite not wanting to, that is bollocks.

I'm not saying I believe everything in the post, but if it ties in with what others have heard then it sounds pretty believable.

I appreciate you're busy fending off insults, but you have misinterpreted a lot of the guys post.

Saints have never taken away the original contract offer from Koeman

Blackmore, the mirror, countless articles saying how players didn't like him and his youth was blocked..
The players didn't like him? Anyone tell Steven Davis this?

Why were you so desperate to offer him a new contract then?

What have the mirror said about him not wanting to join Everton ?
