Agree with this. The time he was on loan to us I seem to remember he was injured for 90% of it. Man U released him for a reason.
from memory we were linked to him a couple of seasons ago, from what they said in commentary he is now playing in Qatar
I disagree, a lot of young players pick up injuries as their bodies develop and adjust, Steven Gerrard is a prime example, lots of questions asked about him in early parts of his career, put as soon a the key causes were identified and resolved he was rarely out. Powell will be rested and healed come pre season, manage him right though that and get his fitness right and he should be ok
Fletcher is not what you need trust me. As for Sess, the guy has some skills but he's incredibly inconsistent. Can you afford to carry an absent player on the of chance he hits a half dozen game pocket of form?
Money mercenary , even his national manager said about his stint in Qatar , he wasn't very match fit or something , also he'll be on a very big wedge....but in small bits he was very good....
I remember watching him against arsenal at the KC in the cup, look a class act, if he could get fit he'd be a very good addition in the prem..
Another ex-Rangers player too. He was awesome when he was at Ibrox, nit sure why he left. He also has a lot of dig in him too, which would be good to add.
Aye this season gone, where you had one of the strongest squads in the league. You think you can carry passengers as a bottom half side in the Premier League? Those two players have been a nightmare in relegation battles. How at the times I wished for players who gave effort and made sure they did the simple things right. Sess is too busy crusing like a relegation battle will never end(no need to hurry or out) and Fletch thinks he can Back heel his way to safety. You can do better than those two honestly. Their time in top flight football should be over.
