The one thing that's outstanding in the Allams tenure at the club, is their brilliance at finding new ways to piss the fans off. They have made it into an art form.

Just been on the web site to purchase a season ticket, got halfway through...Go to the T&Cs part, ticked it, but nothing from there...I'm now very confused...Not sure what happened and whether I purchased a seat or not...

I had this problem this morning so I rang KC. I was told to refresh screen and a pay by BACs button would appear at the bottom of the screen. This worked and I went to the shopping cart and was given an order number. Just typical **** software again. I do despair
Can existing pass holder do it online then?
If so why have people with passes waited until now?
I dunno but ive just looked and i cant see how many seats are available/ gone now. Last night i could.
Its clever by the club not letting you see how many seats. Creates that fear people wont get the seats they want, whether the cheapest or in the right area.
theres two weeks. If you want a pass you'll get one. dont get all this panic first day.
When I say "my seat"... I say it because it's the only seat I sat in and no one else sat in it throughout the entire season. I wasn't a season pass holder.
It seems to me that we're viewing it upside down.

Did it on the phone - on the number ending "550." An hour on hold, but better than "I'm sorry, you can't get through."
It's almost certainly down to the fact that there are only a limited number of the cheap passes.
If you're a lone adult trying to get a South Stand seat, you won't get it as it's now the Family stand. I only got my seat because it's literally the one next to the next price zone and the club cocked up with the information they told me.
