could say the same of kane.

but shock... every club should be set up to maximise goals form their main striker.... thats the objective basically.
 
I don't want Vardy.....

However, he is far more suited to us than Arsenal. He could actually work in our team with the quick gegenpressing counter attack style. Still a no from me, but he'd get goals.

No, when we played Benteke the team was set up to minimise the goals by him. He still won more points than Lukaku anyway.

More often we were playing to maximise the goals from AM. Partly because of Sturridge being injured. Also Origi was deployed to distract rather than score himself.

bit harsh... like those to savage a player when he's a great player signed and not used right.
 
Vardy should stay at Leicester and have a crack at their maiden CL campaign.

Ineacho(sp) I would love to see us go for. How was his name mentioned earlier? Is there a rumor or just a wishful mention?
 
Daniel Agger retired at 31. Such a shame that injuries hampered his career. I'm sure Barcelona were interested in signing him at some point too. Class player when fit.

yes real shame. just totally broke down physically. when he started he could pass it, dribble it and had a shot like a cannon. played full on every game too.. great attitude.

Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho says he is unaware of any offer from Paris Saint-Germain.
The Reds playmaker is the subject of interest from the French champions this summer, although Liverpool have no intention of selling, and are determined to resist any approaches for their player of the season.
Coutinho is contracted to the club until 2020, and has given no indication that he wishes to leave Anfield.
