To be fair I don't think Torres has done THAT well for them. He's only considered as doing well because he's scored slightly more than he did at Chelsea. His goal record at Atletico is nowhere near what a top European striker should be!!

His total record is pretty meh for a player that was the worlds best striker for 2 yeas.
GP 485
GS 182
A goal every 2.6 games!

Now if you separate his time with us it looks like below

Excluding time at LFC
GP 383
GS 117
A goal every 3.2 games!

Just time at LFC
GP 102
GS 65
A goal every 1.5 games

Such a shame for a player that should have been considered one of best forward that he faded so miserably after he left us.

Fatty broke him with the cortisone injections

Yep, players to suit the team brings consistency instead of disruption.

EDIT.....this is where letting managers pick their own players can cause major problems, a DoF should produce a list of suitable players for the manager to select from whilst also taking the managers options into account.

Lucky for you, you have a manager who goes for only names and will ship all the cohesion of top local youngsters like Rashford.

Lucky for him, they have a manger who wins league titles, at every club he's been at.

There's far too much history between him and Liverpool. Ofcourse you're going to hate him. After Arsenal, he's wummed your club more than any other. If there was no history there and he was the same person you'd happily have him. Just like Suarez as a player.

I know a good few utd supporters who don't like or want the ****er either <ok>
