I've been told if we pull out of Europe the world will end and if we stay in you'll have the league of nations as next door neighbours. So in or out

In.

We'd get spitroasted to high heaven from the US & Eu if we leave.

Don't see any argument for leaving. It's seems that it's just idiotic rhetoric and people who think we could rule the world like the British empire like in days gone by. That would never happen.

We are a tiny island with little to go trade, industry and produce. We need Europe far more than they need us.

<laugh>. There is nee way this thread was ever gonna run peacefully.

the thing that I am suspicious about is on the "no" side you have Boris,Rees Mogg,Gove and Duncon-Smith. I think Cameron asked the biggest load of numteys so people would be put off saying out and they would get a good jobs after the deed was done.

You may have a point. I have no doubt the result will be to stay but I'm still voting leave.

No idea. When you listen to a "debate" on it the "outers" say staying in is bad for us with little or no explanation. The "inners" do the exact opposite. It's a he said she said debate with no evidence supporting either side that I've seen. Most difficult decision when it's on something so important

Out.

Because the ones who predict a financial meltdown and how much a family will lose to the nearest 50p insist that we are diving into the unknown with an out vote <doh>

The EU has systematically dismantled this nation and the last few breaths will be sucked from what's left as soon as the votes are counted.

Our forefathers have died for nothing.

Things will probably get worse for us if we vote out, but in the long run, it will safe guard our children's futures and their children's futures. We are too selfish to give a **** as a nation though.

Pathetic.

So how is it we're the world's 5th. Largest economy?

Nobody knows what it will be like if we stay. Nobody knows what it will be like if we leave. It`s all conjecture.

Looking at the EU as it is now. Run by big business for big business. Our laws made by others. Greece on the verge of bankruptcy. Over run by immigrants. More to come when Turkey join. The open door policy asking for trouble. Merkel seems to think the EU belongs to Germany. The whole thing is a mess and getting worse. Other countries are having serious doubts.

The question is, if we were on the outside, voting whether or not to become a member, would I vote to to join? The answer is no, I wouldn`t.

Get out now before the whole thing falls apart.

Now Thatcher is dead I'd love nothing more.
