The true bad news for Man U , that you can't yammer away from , is spending over half a billion £'s the past 3 seasons on wages and averaging 16 points per season behind the eventual title winners . The worse news for Man U is there are other teams spending over half a billion in wages over the same time frame ...... " For the Times They are a Changing " , and there are other teams that can buy the title now , it's not a one team shopping spree anymore

Ruthie, you still haven't grasped the basic concept that I couldn't give a **** about how much money United spend and when we win trophies the amount of money spent to win them doesn't dampen my enjoyment.

It also doesn't particularly bother me that we've gone and will probably go a few years without winning the league. We went 26 years without winning it and I was a fan for 10 of those years and I loved being a fan of a non-title winning United. You also make out like 3 years without a title is completely alien to United fans, despite the fact that we went 3 years without a title under Fergie in the 00's. You seem to have convinced yourself of so much despite knowing so little!

The whole money thing that seems to fill your every waking moment is very much an obsession of your own. No one else is anywhere near as interested in or bothered about it as you are.

"there are other teams that can buy the title now , it's not a one team shopping spree anymore" - you still haven't explained how United bought their titles when your former club Liverpool spent more than them in the 90's and Chelsea and City spent more than United (by miles) in the last 8 or 9 years of Fergie's reign. Simple , money has ruined " The Beautiful Game " in club football .
If I had my way the , Manchesters , Liverpools , Chelsea's and the other " Rich clubs " of Europe would iron their secret meetings out and fuk off to there own league .
I know these clubs don't care about how much money they spend pretending they are achieving something , but your average person knows the accomplishments have lessened as the gap between clubs spending widens ....it's not rocket surgery .

That market's had the arse kicked out of it by the recent SDLT hike, Tobes. Ask Stan. He'll tell you he's had very few instructions through his door. So much so, that he'll have to hand his Porche back to the hire company, and sell his tape measure.

So if and when the money clubs **** off you don't think that some of the clubs left in the league will eventually break away from the rest as they have more money/appeal/new rich owners?

Wouldn't you be happier if Swansea went back to playing in a Welsh league? Or would that fill you with even more self loathing as you'd be the biggest club in the league spunking money on non scoring forwards like Eder and Paloschi (no folks, I'd never heard of them either!).

You'll know who Paloschi is quick enough .Eder never got a chance IMO , when lent out to Lille he became their 2nd highest scorer in a handful of games . Eder cost us totally the same amount as Zaha cost Man U for 15 minutes work .... and we sold Eder on for a minimal loss ... How bout Zaha ...lol
