Did anyone else travel on the A69 today and see a Delorian car today.I said to the wife "you do'nt see meany of them about these days" there then followed in small group another 16 of them.I had to google this when i got home to find out they are having a ralley in Belfast. I've had a very strange day.
I didn't see it but to say you don't see many these days is a bit of an understatement, unless you specifically seek one out you never see them. Must have been a little trippy eh.
I did quality control on some of the trim and plastic parts for delorian. I'm not a car person, and certainly don't know as much about their workings as some people on here. But they paid well and we always made sure they got very high standard parts. We'd already made a few small parts for Rolls Royce, so we knew what we were about and made it stick. Delorian were big news then and we were hoping their Belfast plant would succeed and bring us more work. Sadly, it didn't. I believe somebody (in Las Vegas?) has bought up the firm with some of the original parts still in stock and is planning to make a few. I haven't seen one in years, but would love to.
I saw one at a petrol station on the A1 near Baldock not that long ago. Good first post mate. Strange, but good
Film was set in 2015 from 2085, judging by his post maybe the OP has just arrived from another planet or time zone. Keep up lads.
I wish I had a delorian car so to go back to 1964 to see Sunderland play Man u in the epic roker park cup match ! I was 5 at the time.
You do realise it's a film and it's not real... Getting a Delorian would not allow you to travel through time?
