It's not just for him mate, but for all of us..Our other car is a Hyundai i10, so as you may gather I go for economy and low carbon emissions rather than comfort and style..
Id rather walk bare foot on fire and glass than drive a Micra, but I did have one aged 17, a 1.3 super s. It was rapid like. I obviously understand the economy side and that, we are all different.
I've just this week been pricing up a Ford Focus with an Ecoboost Engine... the 2.3 Ecoboost RS. It's an absolute weapon. Not too expensive either, when you compare them to much ****tier Golfs, Audis, Mercs and BMW's... the German ones mainly!
Random and boring. But at the end of the 74/75 season safc played the mags home and away in testimonial matches for some mag named David Craig? Each winning the home game. Anyhow my boring point/question. Is this unusual to have 2?
Bet its still relatively economical too, i am after another fiesta, still a 1l but a 125 bhp so can still have some fun. That 2.3 ecoboost will be awesome to drive, if i could afford one i might be tempted myself.
I remember the home game well, there was absolute hell on with battles going on all over the streets around the ground.
I used to have a donkey jacket that I wore for games and also a white butcher coat with Ryhope, SAFC on the back that I wore for away games and some home games..They were all the go at that time..
I've wanted a Focus RS since the first one got released, I can't think of any reason to not get it 5 doors so it's ok as a family car. The only down side is the boot size and I don't play golf and I live 10 mins from the airport so I'll always get taxi's to and from there. The equivalent Audi is the RS3 and costs around £10k more, the Focus RS pisses all over it, unless you're an asian rude boy who likes to burn traffic lights.
