Seriously though, I don't see Toure being here come August no matter the outcome of Sakho. I also think the club will already be planning for life without the Frenchmen.
 

I remember the Schalke director or something saying they offered him more money but he turned it down. I seriously doubt we are paying him 100k a week.

Apparently Schalke offered 65k a week. Given the financial power of the Bundesliga that sounds right. I heard our offer was closer to 42k a week.

I'm sure someone could find out from a reliable source. Right now Coutinho is on 70k a week, Can on 30k/40k, Origi on less than 60k. Yet there's always random figures banded about which are based off what people would expect given the quality. Henderson is being paid more than Coutinho, but you wouldn't expect that.

Portugal's Raphael Guerreiro celebrates scoring during the International Friendly match at Old Trafford, Manchester.
Liverpool have reportedly made a bid for Lorient left-back Raphael Guerreiro - according to the club's vice president Alex Hayes.

The Portugese player can play at full-back and on the left wing - and is highly-rated across Europe for his attacking prowess.

The 22-year-old reportedly has a whole host of clubs chasing his signature , with Borussia Dortmund named as another club who have made a bid.


Other clubs who are interested in Guerreiro are said to include Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.
