Delph and Jack should be nowhere near it until they have played more than a couple of games in a season!!

At least Townsend has been playing really well, and nearly saved Newcastle single handed. After Arsenal's season, and the way Walcott and Ox have playing/amount of time injured, he'd be a better shout than them at the moment..

Wilshere has played well for England when they've needed him to though, he scored twice and was MOTM against Slovenia I think? Roy trusts him, the same with Welbeck. He's had an average season with little playing time but would have gone if fit. I can tolerate a manager having a few favourites, although I think Roy goes a little too far with that. Stones, Delph, Milner, Wilshere, Henderson, Rooney and Sturridge will probably be counting themselves somewhat lucky. They've collectively struggled for game time and/or form this season.

I think the West Ham squad will feel a little hard done by. Carroll, Antonio, Cresswell and Noble could all make reasonable cases in different ways. Simpson, Albrighton and Defoe too.

I'd include Defoe, Carrol, Nobel and Drinkwater in this squad to test people before selection is confirmed!

So Villa's new manager will get a 50M transfer kitty?!

Rafa decision will depend on if he is given a decent war chest to bring in targets. (Meaning I'm sure they will give him it, to stay)

We are the only team going down who will be still trying to sign 18 year olds from Swindon who go out on loan for 5 seasons!

I'm sure if given it, Rafa will walk that Championship and spank everyone.

However Villa could wreak of QPR, Cardiff, Pompy etc. Something reading the article made me think of Cardiff City.
