    The Premier League clubs don't want a manager like Bruce. They prefer foreign managers - OK there's a few English managers. I can't see Bruce getting promotion with us and then leaving to go manage in the Championship. I suppose Newcastle is a possibility in the Championship.

    I think OLM is probably right. Not necessarily to go to another club but maybe SB will feel he needs a break from the game - he has looked haggard at times this season and I think he's had enough of being peacemaker between owners and fans and is fed up of all the off field distractions of the last 3 years or so.
