I know of several situations where they have had their minds changed.

Pitchfork waving makes us feel better, and has a part to play, but it will most like make them dig their heels in.

The key is to get them believing it's their idea. One way of doing that is to get the money seats involved.

To me its no concessions for kids and pensioners thats the worst thing

If people are priced out its impossible for them to go as they dont have the money

If people have to move seat its still possible for them to go even if they hate the idea

Could we also do polls on here at the same time as facebook, twitter etc.?

First we need a poll as to whether we should do polls.

Not sure you need a Pole for that - why do you always bring ethnicity into things?

Or at least a link to the polls so they know there are polls active? Who's responsible for that? They are not very good at utilising support or canvassing opinion!

The removal of concessions is the most damaging, I just think the closing of any stand is the most stupid.

Closing any stand, rather than pricing the seats to fill it, is moronic, before you even get started on the failings of the rest of the scheme.

The Allam's didn't make their money by being idiots so it beggars the question is Mr Allam physically ill or mentally ill!!?
They do not appear to have a Public Relations Officer as their public image is below zero.
Removing concessions; closing stands; charging kids full price is not only idiotic it smacks of something beyond 'moving in strange and mysterious ways'!

True. If people had seen the obvious **** up of the last evictions instead of supporting them, we'd perhaps have a better atmosphere and less fans having walked away which would negate a few of the arguments offered for this one.

Speaking from personal experience Mooney does the absolute best he can. He was absolutely brilliant for me when I went over and did everything he could to make it a great trip, above and beyond any supposed professional duty.

As for why he's still there, I'm not sure myself, I can't imagine working for the club at the moment would be a joyful experience.

I think some see things as black and white. Bad in one instance doesn't mean bad in all.

As for why he's still here, look at the state of the club. Never mind whose fault it is, that's the cv he's got to offer a prospective employer.

I think everyone on the board has heard this now, you really don't need to repeat it daily.

An over exaggeration to say it's mentioned daily, and I can see why you'd prefer the whole **** up to be swept under the carpet, but I don't think it can be mentioned often enough, so that there's less chance similar **** ups in the future. After all, that **** up has contributed to the situation we're in, and in so many ways.

The issues and outcomes were obvious at the time, but some couldn't see it. I've yet to see anyone accept they ****ed up, and show how it can be learned from.

P'S, you don't speak for everyone on this board.

I don't accept some of your assertions on this topic, but I have absolutely no desire to debate them again.

I never claimed to be speaking for anyone other than myself.

I never expected you to accept the **** up but it's a bit rich criticising these evictions if you're trying to ignore the others.

I don't know why you initiated this in the first place, knowing full well what my opinion would be.

It's important, the **** up impacted on a lot of people at the time, and even more now.

All the time people try to rewrite, justify or ignore it, the problem goes on.

Yep, people may well get bored of me mentioning it, but the posts are there to show who said what and when.

Perhaps if you and others hadn't tried to do the same then as you're trying now we'd all be better off.

I can't on here, no, and yep, I k ow how that looks. I had two minds about posting, ut I thought it helped point to an alternative action in involving the money seats.
