I think Everton's side and ours when comparing a 1 to 11 is pretty similar, probably half ours and half theirs. It's just whether or not you prefer their big names over ours as to who you think is better overall. As for whether or not Koeman would go there I just can't see it this summer and there are too many things that could happen by the end of next season for it to be considered for the end of his contract.
You're viewing it short term. The point isnt that anyone thinks Koeman will really leave us for Everton, just that it is ok to recognise that it could be an attractive move.
Nope, can't see it. Quite frankly I'd be insulted and I don't even dislike Everton. In fact, I have no thoughts about Everton at all. Unless Ron fancies a challenge.....
I refuse to watch it. It means it didn't happen and my childhood was not ruined. Really need a dislike button back [emoji6] My 2p worth. Everton ARE a bigger club than us. They are a bigger club than probably Leicester. BUT I don't see Ronald leaving before next summer. Also, Everton may be a bigger club, but very much a sideways move from a club where he has been successful and is loved. Can't see it happening myself.
FFS mods. Ban this imposter. I've just ruined my phone scratching out the horrible, little, spiteful ugly face of that nasty little prick .....
Actually, I think Archers need to apologise to all of us. There was simply no need to mention it. He mentioned it. A blue nose saw it and posted it. Oh Archers... I can only assume you are still high from the glory of Sunday and beating those North London bullies because this is so unlike you. Anyway, still think there should be a long letter of apology from you, to include the self imposed punishments that you so badly deserve
Using traditional methods, Everton are a bigger club than Saints. But history, ground capacity, etc... mean almost nothing these days. The massive TV money has wiped the slate clean. An easier example to illustrate this, Sunderland/Newcastle are traditionally bigger clubs than Southampton. Who would you join as a manager or player.? Bit of a no brainer isn't it.
I think you're safe to watch this as it is against Southamton, so only occurred in a nightmare. Somewhere out their in the ether is the footage of what actually happened when Everton played Southampton and David Armstrong scored in the last minute.
It's the same old story...as soon as there is a sacking at a big club, the first club that they think about is "little" Southampton whose Manager wouldn't possibly be happy to stay here. FWIW I think that Ronald is settled here and he surely won't be thinking that the project here is finished. Things will reveal themselves over the summer, but I expect Ron to still be our Manager in August.
