    Died in 1971 aged 27. Mental as anything. I saw her in California in 1969 singing into a bottle of Jack Daniels and trying to drink from the Mike. Try listening to her if like pure raw passionate Blues/Rock and roll.

    I like the Jack Daniels scenario. One of my favorite drinks!

    Okay, "Down on me" is great place to start, "Easy Rider" is also great. Janis Joplin fronted "The big brother and the holding co" May help you find her.

    I don't think it's my kind of music.But, I'm always open to trying new things and investigating things I don't now about. So I'm glad I can put a sound to the name. Just not my bag dudes.

    Love that Dave, she still sends a shiver down the back of neck when I hear that voice. Fell in love with her in 69 and it stuck, still listen to her in the car where I can crank up the volume!
