Warnock had not been sacked?
Adel had an ounce of maturity to match his skill?
Hughes had already learnt that you can't buy team spirit?
At least some of Hughes' signings played for the badge?
Hughes 'never again on my watch' had not come back to bite him in the ass?
Harry had been found out before he came to QPR?
Harry had actually managed to bring in Defoe?
We'd had a footballing CEO who knew about footballing contracts?
We'd had owners who learnt their lessons after OBZ day about subsequent PL survival
Barton had not got sent off away to Hull?
The NIMBYs had said, 'wow, new facilities at Warren Farm, yes please'?
Cargiant had played ball?
We'd kept Barton and maybe OBZ too?

I'm sure you can add your own 'what if scenarios'.

I'm not saying that we would be that much better than we are now but we might still be lurking in the bottom half of the PL if perhaps just a few of these things had gone out way.

I can't say I'm excited about the summer just yet but it will only take a decent signing or two to change that. All we can do now is wait but I do think it's time our luck changed for the better.

If I had the graphic design talent of TWGWTDT I'd draft up a QPR themed Sliding Doors poster above with JFH above and Colin below - changing the yellow for blue obviously!
 
What if Steven Caulker returns to W12 and has the season of his life culminating in captaining the team as they lift the championship trophy in May 2017.


































Then gets pissed up and has a fight in June 2017. <laugh>
