That's fair enough. For me if I'm not happy with what the club is doing with the money I spend on it I have to stop being taking advantage of. But I guess if you are happy with the status quo you'd keep shelling out your hard earned funds to those people.
Winning in my eyes is knowing there are 11 guys on the pitch fighting for the club and giving 125% to try and get maximum results. For me it is knowing they are giving their all for us, win, lose or draw. I don't like the arrogance that we play with. We kinda carry ourselves as a club that too cool to get down and dirty. We can just turn up against smaller teams and win. I look at what Simeone is doing at Atletico. Even from the outside you get drawn to that. You are willing them to succeed because you can see they're busting a gut every time they are out there. Plus I'm not supporting the team to try for 4th. If they show real ambition and try for 1st and end up 4th, no one will be too mad. It is the lack of ambition that irritates.
I get why some think Wengers time is up. I get why others want to stick with him. What I do not get is booing your team off for drawing a game when you are in the middle of a battle for top 4. This team won you 2 fa cups in the past 2 seasons yet you booed them off. We have won sod all but we applauded our team off after they drew with west brom even though we were gutted. They heard 36,000 fans singing "we love you tottenham we do" whereas your players heard booing and abuse being hurled at your manager...that's probably why Wenger recently commented about the home fans making it hard to play at the emirates. But the thing I will never understand is how any Arsenal fan can seriously give Wenger that amount of stick. You were complete **** when he joined...I remember it...it was a ****ing beautiful sight to see you lot in such a mess. Yet 20 years on, after 3 league titles, 4 or 5 fa cups, a CL final, a UEFA Cup final, several fa cup and league cup finals some of you give him dogs abuse. The rest of football doesn't understand what you are doing...to protest in the 12th minute to symbolise not winning the league title for 12 years is simply weird. I would get protesting about ticket prices but because you ain't won the league in 12 yrs? You seem to think you could get any manager and they would be a success but it is simply not the case. Everyone raved about Martinez when he first arrived on the scene. Most people thought LVG would be a good manager and took the piss out of us cos he went to united instead. There is a serious danger that the toxic atmosphere that some fans are generating for you could put off potential signings and hasten the departure of others. There is a danger that at a time when other clubs are getting the acts together (Leicester, Spurs, West Ham, Southampton) and the usual suspects strengthening (City, Chelsea, Liverpool and possibly United) Arsenal could be left stagnating. Either changing or keeping your manager may be the thing to do but the bitching is poisoning your club imho. Not taking the piss...just saying what it looks like from outside
Predictably you've long since missed the boat on this post where it was shown that it was objectively almost entirely not spot on.
Well seeing as I rarely agree with anything you have to say, that further vindicates my original comment
How can something be 'objectively almost entirely' ? If it's objective then it's either - entirely or it's not. What it is, is your opinion. And it's one that I don't happen to share
As in... Almost all of it is objectively not true. A small proportion you could argue is subjective. Not exactly rocket science I wouldn't have thought.
So you admit that some of it is subjective, thanks for confirming my point. It's your opinion and I don't share it.
Obviously some of it is subjective. That's why I said it was? Meanwhile you admit that most of it is objective and that you disagree with the things that are objective.
I haven't admitted that 'most of it' is objective at all, I've simply pointed out where you are wrong saying that 'objectively almost entirely' As you've contradicted yourself in the same breath. Personally I think what you are calling objective is highly subjective, therefore it's your opinion and one which I don't share
