I didn't think I'd see the day when Spurs fans would be wrangling with Leicester fans on Rival Watch (at all, never mind for weeks on end) unless you'd done some Villa-esque nosedive into oblivion.

    It's surreal :emoticon-0110-tongu

Jamie Vardy was recently asked what his favourite films are. He name checked 'The Man Who Fell to Earth', 'Falling Down', 'Tipping Point', Free Fall', 'Tora Tora Tora' and 'The Simulation Hypothesis'. However,he's a simple soul and ultimately chose Disney animated favourite 'Bambi'.

Oh, wait. I just read van Gaal's comments about Spurs and you're just as good, apparently.
    As you were!

    I meant to ask, @littleDinosaurLuke
What do you make of your manager's comments about Rashford not being ready? Seems very odd, to me.

Not sure he's ready at 18 for the burden of expectation if he had to carry the attack for a whole season and score 20-25 goals, but he's certainly good enough and ready for the first team now. And what's that old adage anyway? If you're good enough, you're old enough.

I suspect it was just a cack-handed attempt by LvG to take pressure off him and dampen expectations. Rashford has all the attributes, but his opportunities have only come because of injury to Rooney and the loaning of Wilson to Brighton. Otherwise, I think it would have been a while before he was picked. It's been lucky for LvG that he's had that chance to blossom now rather than stagnate for another 18 months or more - he's dug LvG out of a hole or two with some crucial goals in both the PL and the F.A.Cup.

I would say the answer is :

Livermore, Walker, Naughton, Caulker, Townsend, Kane, Mason, Bentaleb, Carroll, (Pritchard) .

Players who have come into the Academy pipeline at various stages since 2009,
and have gone on to contribute to the team at the senior level in a non-token manner.

Can probably throw in O'Hara too - was a half-decent player for a few years until Danielle Lloyd got hold of him.

Possibly a big story this, but we'll see how it pans out.
Mamadou Sakho has failed a drugs test and has been suspended by Liverpool while it's sorted out.
He supposedly took a fat-burning substance which is on the banned list, which he claims he didn't know.
The sample was taken following the 1-1 draw with Man Utd, which saw van Gaal's side eliminated from the Europa League.

Can we have our points back now, please? <whistle>

Yeah, but he balanced it out with copious amounts of Jack Daniels. Sakho must've forgotten that part.

Sturridge scores after 68 seconds, he's probably been snorting a bit of berwick as well.

Does't appear to have 'the munchies' though so I'd guess he's using smack. Might be what attracted him to Scouseland.

I had 'Joe Strummer teeth' following excessive diet aid usage in the punk years. All caps now.

Lala makes it 2:0 to the mice. What do they use to create the white lines on the pitch at klanfield?
