MackemsRule, aye, I understand what you say but the little bugger eats, sleeps lives & drinks everything SAFC.
That's my fault, not his. So I just want everyone to know that sometimes he has strong opinions but at the end of the day he's stil a little lad.
I know you will all show him respect.
Once again, cheers to you all.
FTM, KTF.

Even if 99% knew his age he could still get jumped on by any stray poster.
My opinion and just my opinion mate kids shouldnt be allowed on forums until they're 16.
ARe there no junior boards for kids?
Not that mine would have posted on them even if there were.

I would've thought ViNeGaR-JoE would've given a mention to the group Vinegar Joe. But doubt if many of you have heard of them.

My band specialize in the old rock! The likes of Nirvana, Guns 'N' Roses, Motorhead; and that's mixed with the new stuff such as Rise Against, Foo Fighters etc (along with a few originals we do) -- it's all about Rock! Offer me to listen to this over-rated crap we listen to in this generation (the likes of Bieber, JLS), I'll go and tell you to stick it up your arse! Keep Rock Alive!
+ With our band on the verge of being signed, then it's promising!

Right where to start. I was bought up on a diet of rock n roll guitar bands like Wishbone Ash, someone earlier obviously noticed the flying V on my avatar, I play that exact guitar because the first lead guitarist I was influenced by was Andy Powell. I love heavy rock bands like Black Sabbath, Led Zepplelin and Deep Purple, as well as more modern bands like Alter Bridge Breaking Benjamin and Shinedown.

My band Lost In Vegas are signed to Plastic Head distribution and we have a management & record deal with Lycan Media group. Our first release came out in Nov last year and is available from all the usual outlets like Itunes, Play.com, HMV etc.. Were also on things like spotify. myspace etc....

If you want to see a sample our music video is on You Tube here:

I wish the band was my full time job but alas the music industry has changed a lot in the last 10 years and its very rare that anyone earns a full time living by just being in a band. My main job now is as a sound engineer and production manager for live events. I have done sound for all sorts of acts, my favourite have been people like Michael Schenker, CKY and The Lightning Seeds but ive done loads of well known bands, in fact someone mentioned the Edgar Broughton band who I worked with about 18 months ago.

Although I love rock music I am also a big dance music fan as well and earn a big chunk of my money DJ'ing and I have a residency at a large club every Friday and Sat night. This is why getting to games is difficult because I work over 200 miles away from the SOL so getting there and back on a sat is impossible. I love midweek games :)

I guess I might be a bit younger than some people on here, but music really does span generations and great music is timeless. The big problem in the industy is money (or lack of it) has killed it. The record labels don't have any so they just keep re-releasing safe bets like "Queens greatest hits" or "the best rock album in the world etc"... new acts usually have to be self funded to a point which is why we now have a generation on rich kids with wealthy or famous parents bank rolling them. The days of a working class band getting signed by a big label and being famous all round the world are over. In my opinion its stifeling the talent. It will change but the problem with the Internet is their is so much out there its very difficult to separate the good acts from the thousands of poor ones.

Wow I have ranted on for a while now, sorry about that. As you can tell I am very passionate about music. I personally think SAFC need a bit more of an anthem for when the players come out to build the atmosphere. Ace of spades by moterhead maybe? something to wind the crowd and players up....

Have you tried the "IMAGING AND VIDEO" MENU, you should then see menu of "click to play" video links.
I haven't seen Floyd live (other than on TV) but this band is note perfect
If there any gigs planned I'll post on this forum
