Bruce resigns?

As I pointed out, if you give sufficient notice you can quit, contract or no. I'm the case of football management, this usually leads to an immediate termination of mutual consent.

 

Could be true but the board told him there is something to play for. We're in the play offs and let's review after the season. If he fails to get us up via the play offs having thrown away automatic then it's time for a change and he has probably taken us as far as he can.

 

Allam doesn't know anything about football so I suppose he looks at Bruce and just thinks Bruce got the club up before, he can do it again. Also, I think Bruce must be very good at managing Allam. Barmby didn't last long before personalities clashed.

 

It was time for a change quite a while back.

Hes a weird one for me, every time a manager has left us since Taylor he's always been my first choice but I dont know why. The evidence is he has largely been ****e.

I suggested it was a coincidence. As you disagreed, you seemed to be suggesting he could be a managerial candidate.

To be fair, he didnt say that he thinks he should be a candidate.

 

And I hope he isn't. So we're on the same page.

 

If another manager did come in he would certainly have a great incentive. Hero status if he wins a minimum of 2 games, maximum 3 from 3 in the play offs.
