I'm getting concerned as I haven't yet received any info on the new scheme. Is anyone else in the same boat?
I haven't received anything, only what I read online over weekend

It does indeed but when have we ever known future prices over a year in advance?
Payments are made by Direct Debit. The bank will still take payments for the full term of the agreement i.e. until the termination is agreed by the club, which means the two months notice will have to be given. You can try stopping it but the club can just go back to the bank and show that you agreed to those terms.I just read what it said above - two full calendar months prior written notice but if you stop paying straight away how are they going to get the two months payment from you - as I said, termination starts when you stop paying
I am gutted. My lad is 7, and we have been to a number of games this season - and was hoping to get passes this season. Now, he will be considered an adult. So we will not be going.
Called the club re the family guarantee. Was told the kids would pay what they did last year (in our case £32 I think) and I will pay the advertised price. Already sit in the cheapest section meaning £252 for me. Therefore as a family of 3 (1 adult, 2 kids) it will cost us £316. A £279 saving. That's very good. I assumed the family guarantee would be for the group as a whole to pay no more. They are saying it's individuals.

But your pass will be cheaper?
I do not have a pass at present. Neither of us do.
You just open a separate Hull City only bank account and shut it when you've had enough.
First, no-one would open a bank account just for this, and secondly the bank cannot cancel a Direct Debit just at the behest of the account holder if there is a legal agreement that money is still due. If the contract says two months notice needs to be given then that's what the club will insist on when it comes to getting the money. You just open a separate Hull City only bank account and shut it when you've had enough.
E but you're wrong - as soon as you cancel a direct debit that's it - it's a legal matter between you and the club - it's not for the bank to decide who is right or wrong - they just manage your account and follow your instructions - how will they know whether you gave two months notice or notFirst, no-one would open a bank account just for this, and secondly the bank cannot cancel a Direct Debit just at the behest of the account holder if there is a legal agreement that money is still due. The principle is the same as having a DD for your electric. You can't just cancel it when more money is due, the payee just shows the bank that more money is due and the bank pays.Sorry ma

Kinnel, even Rev Allan Bagshawe is withdrawing his support for the club over the new scheme.
The HCST survey so far has 99% of respondents against the withdrawal of concessions.

You can't just cancel these things, once you've signed up, you're legally obliged to keep paying until you terminate the agreement and after the due notice payment the club ceases requesting payments.
Burnsy has done a good job given his situation. Shame nobody from the club has the balls to answer questions. The club have taken a right kicking on Burnsy's show this morning.
Just a reminder, if you haven't done it already (it's open to members and non-members), the HCST membership scheme survey can be found here (over 700 have filled it in so far)...
