I really don't think a cup win would save Martinez in the summer tbh....As for money to spend around 100m has been bandied about weather that's true or not I don't know but we will certainly be shopping in Marks and Sparks instead of Aldi compared to normal<laugh>

If you continue the draws you are on that'd be enough no?

A draws not much good to us so we need the win but a bad loss v lfc would mean going to semi will be much harder.

We were apparently getting a new stadium under H&G...
Martinez was taking you to CL football according to Kenwright and the man himself...

Lot easier to talk a big game than put it into action <ok>

Yup I agree mate but obviously confidence low at the mo <laugh>

I think we will park the bus tbh as Martinez knows if we get stuffed the fans going to be brown <laugh>

Seriously tobes.... c'mon..the prem is awash with cash there's no free rides and no instant route to the top ala chelsea.

Those days are done...

There's no panacea that will make any side all that and a bag of chips so start with the new manager and a bit of planning on a stadium and see where you get to.

Which is very true so as I said the whole prem is awash with cash..... if everton fans think they'll suddenly turn into some sort of city they are smoking arsenal stuff...

Even city are not what they should be....

As of today...

West ham 60k free stadium. But ****e owners
Spurs 60k stadium
Arsenal 60k
Lfc 54k not sure it will go higher
Chelsea building their ground
Utd huge stadium


Everton would do well think on... whatever is done has to be done to build a great club not a money flusher.... world class scouting, training facilities and stadium. Not buying random mercenaries.

I wish lfc would work on the scouring and club structures to support klopp.

I agree mate we not going to be the new City or Chelsea but we are certainly going to be on a better footing than we have been I'd rather the new guy than the skint guy no matter how nice he is lol

I wouldn't want us to blow silly millions as it doesn't always work....Look at Leicester only a few additions to the squad from last year

Everyone else is getting new stadiums. Everton will be lucky to get a paint job to cover the dry rot setting in at Woodison <ok>
