That's a funny BA with a physics module in it! What was your degree and where did you do it?

Natural Sciences at Cambridge. It' a funny system - if you finish after three years you get a BA, but if you stay the fourth year you get an Msci. After my third year I decided to take my Masters in Management, so I now have a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences!

Was think it that myself, but then lots of courses don't make sense eg loads of BSc's (mine included) are in the "soft" sciences so aren't really science at all.

Yeah my degree had been a BA the year before I started it and we were the first year of it being a BSc. For some reason, the change from BA to BSc led to far fewer exemptions being given for professional exams, in spite of the degree consisting of the same modules and being of the same difficulty level. Pretty annoying!

I suspected it was Oxbridge. I knew they dished out BAs. Plain old Aston myself - BSc in Biochemistry but the physics stuff has always interested me as well. Who are you're top 3 scientists of all time? I'll show you mine if you'll show me yours!

KPR is interrupted while trying to think of a witty reply about Man Utd after he he proved wrong in a debate...

I always found it strange and slightly insulting that you can bolt on a one year programme to a non-management/economics related course of study and obtain a Masters in Management. In that time you cannot even scrach the surface of the subject of management itself or even develop a true understanding of the theory underlying its operational aspects.

I'm not having a go - honest.

Oooo is this a boys rule, girls drool type of argument? United have cooties that's why Liverpool are better.......

Domestic record where you play the same teams every year

I knew someone would say that.

Would you say that the teams coming up and down in the Premier League change the position your team finishes in, especially big clubs like Utd and Liverpool?

****.

you can say we lost the league in 09 to teams that were promoted ( dropping points to Stoke, Boro, etc).
