I know my old friend ncgandy
Finds golf a sleep-inducing drug,
But Willett kept me awake last night
As Spieth made himself look a mug

And not since the days of Nick Faldo
Has a Brit beat the Augusta course,
As well as those from across the water
But this year we did have the force

Willett was solid and steady
While Spieth was extreme to extreme,
And this course does come back to bite you
If you do swing from beam to beam

Lee Westwood too and Paul Casey
Were in the top five at the close,
And this in a Ryder Cup year, too
Should keep those yanks well on their toes. :)

Only if cricket fails RBF <laugh>

Actually watched most of that, well done to Danny, great to see 3 Brits in the top four.

Absolutely wonderful to see a relatively unknown Englisnman beat those Goddamn Yanks ;)

I gave up golf when I discovered I could throw my club further than I could hit the ball! <laugh>

Really great last day, not only because of a British winner, but you couldn´t have scripted it better if you´d tried - Spieth 5 shots ahead after nine holes, then an eight shot swing on the last nine holes - almost unprecedented. I guarantee Darren Clarke had a grin as wide as the Pacific on his face, at around midnight last night :)

That will teach me not to go to bed just because Spieth was so far ahead. I can see his home club having a surge in membership!!!
