    It's all very quiet.
Gents one of my favourite days of the year when the Morky boys get together and spends some quality dad and lad time together. just an update on the weather, it has not stopped raining for a good few hours this week evening.
Good luck to all for the next three days.
    Enjoy the racing.

Enjoy your day Morky. I've been up for the Thursday of this meeting a number of times and it's a great day out. Superb elevated views from the stands too.
Really like Arzal in the opener. Harry Whittington has saved him for this race and I reckon he'll go well so long as it's not too soft. 11/2 will do for me. Good luck all.

    Q. Who was the last horse to win the Champion Hurdle and the Aintree Hurdle in the same season?

No Pridwell won the Aintree race in 1988.
The list of winners is pretty modest....even THE NEW ONE won it!

I really hope the Arkle stacks up this year and to be fair to Sizing John he's very capable especially at this distance which should play to his strengths. He looks a strong shout at 3/1

I live 10 minutes (4 pubs) from the track and it's pouring down again. I can't see there being any "good" in the going description tomorrow.

Have a good day Morky. Will be in the Lord Sefton stand. Will meet you outside the "Cloisters restaurant" (opposite the Lord Sefton stand) at 1.50. if you fancy a jar and a natter!

Arzal. 1.40. Will go from the front and grind them into submission.

Current Event. 4.05. Been over these fences and more than happy to see Katy gets the ride. Might give the front two in the betting something to think about.

Minella Present. 4.40. Goes well fresh and looks on the upgrade.

Snow Leopardess. 5.15. Left a good impression on me when winning at Doncaster. As Stick mentioned, might not be as classy as some of her rivals, but liked the way she battled at Doncaster and think she'll give us a run for our hard earned!

    Good luck chaps!

Would have been Rooster Booster if Dickie Johnson hadn't of dropped his whip. Maybe.
