By the way, you never came through with the disused mine shafts report. If it was too complex for you you could have just said. I'll find another fixed fee conveyancer monkey to do it.

Seeing as he was about to buy Bodmin Jail (despite ****ing up the name) you would have thought that HIAG would have been well versed in mining searches in Cornwall.

To be fair this one was in Bideford which is in Devon.

Despite having previously said he was just about to embark on his first development project, it turns out HIAG has extensive experience of developing in Devon.
