That is the point that was being made. It does not however make us want our team to play like them. You don't seem to care as long as you win, which is a position very common nowadays but you are on the Spurs board we have a different agenda.

Reading a lot of comments on here and on the entertaining football I agree but what I don't understand is if like you say that this has been the Spurs ethos on how football should be played, how come you have had such a high turnover of management over the last decade ?
Levy's not the best at picking managers. Pochettino was 2nd choice after LVG stood us up. Jol was Jacques Santini's underling. Harry was a panic appointment to keep us up. Think: Hoddle, Santini, Ramos, AVB and LVG. They were Levy's chosen leaders.
