Has anyone seen the last Bourne film?
I really enjoyed the first three with Matt Damon.
Is the last one any good?

Yep. Different, but the same if you get my gist. It runs almost parallel with the Bournes.

There were whispers of Damon making another but it's gone quiet again. Hope they do. Pisses all over the Bond movies!

Never been a fan of the Bourne films. Its not like they are crap, i just think Matt Damon is wrong.

Same as nearly every movie with Cruise in.

Class film, if you like Tarantino movies. Not as good as Django but I did love Django a bit too much.

Also watched Creed, which was a 4/10 for me, not as good as Southpaw.

Also watched Everest, which I thought was a ****ing bore.

Watched a top film the other day called Whiplash. I'd been visiting someone in hospital all day and couldn't really be arsed watching anything but I gave it a go and I found it fascinating.

It's about an elite music academy with a hard as nails leader who everyone is terrified of, a good comparison would be that's it like the first half of Full Metal Jacket but in a different setting.

The main character is a drummer and there's a lot of hardcore drum work in the film. I'd really recommend it.

Took me long enough to find it, not been posted in for ages.

I found Whiplash interesting because it showed a world I had never thought about, I hadn't realised how cut throat the top music schools must be.

I also hate jazz usually but I liked all the music in the film, quite a lot actually.

Overall a really interesting and surprisingly gritty look at something that never normally has a spotlight on it, not in my life anyway. Acting and writing were right out the top drawer too.

I fancy watching a gore fest film. But all a bit lame. The more gore the better.

    Any help?

Found it... scratching around for usernames for Comm's stupid thread.

So... Brent: Life on the road, I'd give it a 7/10 score, funny in many parts, but predictable, but still funny.

Independence Day Resurgence... 1/10 score, absolute dog ****, with hairs in it.

I have the new kickboxer to watch, something tells me it's gonna be quite a low scoring one.

    Legend <ok>

Yeah, it was alright, got boring towards the end but I enjoyed it for the most part, he did a good job playing both parts.

Red head gets a slice of Tel Pie as well, all day long.
