We can all point fingers at individuals, players we like and don't and for different reasons. The thing that is apparent to me at least is there seems to be a lack of unity in the team. Davies has come out and said that the strikers need to start scoring, knowing full well he and Daws are doing their jobs, Robertson stopped short of saying they need direction in his latest interview on RH. Someone in the team whether its Curtis or whoever needs to read the riot act without the manger there, to try and pull the lads together, because no one seems to trust anyone else with the ball currently resulting in shots being taken when there are options available etc. This manger is not motivating this team and worse at seasons end, a player who should be on the pitch will be off and will become a stand out at another club and I think we know who I'm talking about.
I wasn't impressed with them but in this crazy league you never know, for me Brighton look more solid but someone could make a late run. Its there for the taking just wish we could start scoring again and we would have an outside chance but points tally lately makes it unlikley
On the flip side, if we keep playing like we did last night, or Tuesday, or last Saturday, or last Tuesday, or the Thursday before that, or the Friday before that... And so on back to around Christmas time.
Aye that's also possible. I was reaching for the positives Bob. Once we sign Lambert we'll be unstoppable.
Its his ball play, drive forward and encouragement thats missing. Dont get me wrong its not the total solution but its a part of the problem.
No chance on Top 2 now, there's no point in anyone deluding themselves to it. It'll only happen if Burnley and Brighton implode similar to us/Derby/Boro.
So right, we were playing some very good football as we are now. It will drop for us again and we will have another run of wins others will wobble and we will make ground on them, i for one still have faith we will go up.
