Hull City membership: How does season ticket replacement work?
When does it start?
A No new season tickets will be issued by the club. All existing season ticket holders will be sent information packs next week and be invited to enroll in the new members club.
How does it differ?
A Members pay monthly instead of annually and will the majority will be able to buy a member's pass for cheaper than a season ticket. Fans will choose what 'zone' in the KC Stadium they wish to reserve for the new season. There is a loyalty club too.
I currently pay a concession but don't want to move seat. Do I have to move?
A No, you don't have to move and can remain but you may not qualify for a membership which could be cheaper than your current season pass.
Will I get to choose my new seat if I move?
A Yes, the club says you will be invited down to the KC Stadium to look around and pick a seat.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
A City says supporters will be able to cancel membership at any time after three months and with one month notice.
Will I be able to join at any time?
A Yes, as long as there is capacity, anyone can become a new member at any time during the year.
Will there be a joining fee?
A The club says a £50 membership fee will be in place if City are promoted but members joining early will not have to pay.
What is the loyalty scheme?
A City says every game a member attends will add loyalty points to their account, much like a supermarket club card. Points can be redeemed for special offers or discounts on tickets.
Will I have to print out match-day tickets at home?
A No, the club says membership cards will either be pre-loaded with tickets or can be uploaded online so cards can be used to enter the KC Stadium.
