Excellent stuff. Interesting but welcome that it replaced the ASI fund. Sounds like there's no grey areas for Allam to exploit with this one.
Providing we are in the PL of course.

Because nobody is going to refuse to accept these new rules, so your question was utterly pointless.
Its £30 !!You've just named 2 examples of clubs not accepting Premier League rules.
It's in the Premier League rules that all teams have to put somebody forward for post match written press interviews. Manchester Utd, under Sir Alex Ferguson, never did this.

It's chalk and cheese. How are you not understanding this?He got fined for that, just as clubs will be fined or docked points or whatever.
But Clubs will want to put high prices to get more money in, which will be totally pointless because they'll just be fined.
Say, as an easy to understand example, you want to put prices up to make 1m more than is "legal" then the Prem will fine you 1.2m. Which would make it a waste of time and you'd be out of pocket.

You're weird you are.I'm really not. If you get fined for breaking the PL rules for clubs then that's all that needed saying. Its either a rule or it isnt.
Its a 3 year agreement that nobodies gonna ignore.I'm really not. If you get fined for breaking the PL rules for clubs then that's all that needed saying. Its either a rule or it isnt.

Ferguson's spat was with the BBC only. He spoke to others after games.
All it needed at the start was someone to say with authority / evidence that they'd be fined and we couldve prevented the previous 20 posts.
How is it? Posters referenced the PL rule book that you have to abide by as a club, which I know about from my previous media work, so how is one rule different to another? It's either a PL rule or it isnt.

There's not the same penalty for every offence, Fergie falling out with the BBC obviously doesn't incur the same penalty as refusing to allow any away fans into a game (as a more extreme example) and as nobody on here works for the Premier League, nobody knows what the penalty would actually be.
And we won't find out, because everyone will charge away fans £30 from now on and all of this is utterly pointless bollocks
What will the fine be if City get promoted and charge away fans £30.05 for tickets next season? There's not the same penalty for every offence, Fergie falling out with the BBC obviously doesn't incur the same penalty as refusing to allow any away fans into a game (as a more extreme example) and as nobody on here works for the Premier League, nobody knows what the penalty would actually be.

I do like the way this thread went from "if you want to be a Premier League club and get the money you have to follow the rules' to 'if you dont follow them you'll get fined'.
