Never a pen - but we have had a lot of things against us - Will happily take it, more annoyed Benteke did not try to take it on. Think we deserved the result though as when we went down to ten Palace tried to park the bus - we were there for the taking and they allowed us back into the game.
How many times have we lost as the clearly better team over the years? It's nice to win after being the worse team for a change.
Unconvincing performance, undeserving win, but I suppose you need to pick up points in games like this any way you can. Shame after the great game against City we dropped so much in this one, but still, can't complain.

Lesson 1 in defending in this box.. Stay on your feet. If if you go to ground, make contact wih the player and don't you the ball it's a foul. No two ways about that
