I don't think we should just be happy to finish wherever, that facts are we still have a great chance to win the league, when are we going to have a better chance at winning the league than this season? Next season pep will be at city, Chelsea will come back, man utd will have less injuries and if Wenger spends a few quid they will be contenders, we need to finish the job this season, if not it might be another 50 years.
That better run-in includes visits to Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge, 4 of their last 5 matches are West Ham, Man Utd, Everton & Chelsea so in this season, of all seasons where results have been almost impossible to predict, who's to say that they will get more than 4 pts from those 4 matches (on current form that seems unlikely I realise) So I maybe clutching at straws, but I have looked at all the fixtures and I believe it’s still too close to call, my predictions see the top 4 separated by just 2 pts with the title decided by goal difference!
And your point is???? That's not done you much good in the first 29 games of the season being 5 points behind us and all.... Maybe things will change in the last 9 eh lol
Maybe they will, did I touch a nerve? The fact that you are top and 5 points clear of US shows that with 9 games to go it's not all over and the only position that counts is the one you finish in. That fact they may change in the last 9 games IS my point.
Leicester's run in is in no way a foregone conclusion. There's teams they have to play that'll be fighting for survival. So no pretty open style play. They'll be gritty, hard fought matches and will be tough under any circumstances. Then in May they face United, Everton and Chelsea who all still may have something to fight for. This ain't over yet boys. COYS!
Touch a nerve??? Your lot know all about that this last week....bottling it the last 2 games now. No easy game in this league unless you're playing Villa of course lol. Going to be a roller coaster ride the next 9 games that's for sure
Whoever wins the title, the one that misses out won't have bottled it. Our loss against West Ham was our first away loss since the opening day of the season and on the back of 6 league wins on the bounce. Arsenal might not have been in great form but they're a good side and were always going to give everything against us. Hardly bottling it, we've just set ourselves very high standards this season, just like yourselves. Anyway, I think you guys are too far ahead now. I hope we can catch you but I think it's asking too much at this stage. Still, hopefully we can finish above Arsenal and make a go of it in the Europa League. I'd much rather Leicester win it than the usual suspects.
It's always difficult to predict the outcome. And with almost a quarter of the season left, we're not even in the home stretch yet. But so far, only Leicester have been getting the results of a title winning side (2 pts per game or better). For any other team to overhaul them, they would have to produce a run of consistent results not seen so far (although Spurs did recently win six in a row). If results follow the pattern of the season so far, Spurs would be the nearest challengers and are on course for 72-73 pts, which would leave Leicester needing 14 pts from 9 games. All the contenders (and bear in mind only one team is within 8 pts of Leicester) have difficult fixtures, which include games against resurgent big teams, who are not in the title race. For example, Leicester, Spurs and City all travel to Chelsea. Another factor is that Leicester have no other distractions. They have 9 games to play. Spurs are still in the EL, City in the CL and Arsenal in the F.A.Cup. The bookies have Leicester at evens with Spurs 3/1. Leicester have a huge advantage given the inconsistencies the others have shown. I think they'll win it.
This 'butt hurt' seems to have now passed into not606 folklore! I wonder who's responsible? I do believe it was IQ87!

So who are you ****ing mystic meg! If predictions were that easy we would all be millionaires, you are in poll position and have been amazingly consistent but its yours to lose now and that brings new pressures. Who knows maybe you will hit the buffers, it has happened to the leaders before and if you do. we may catch you but so may City who have the experience of coming from behind to win it
Posting while pissed were we? We may be loose, but will we lose? Any chance you could post it in a way that is readable? 2 mins of reformatting and look how easy your ludicrous views are to read now?
