Just seen a tweet from Sanders Coaches, who run NCFC football coaches to wherever the games are.

[HASHTAG]#NCFC[/HASHTAG] | Consumption of alcohol is strictly NOT prohibited on board coaches heading to Swansea tomorrow! [HASHTAG]#OTBC[/HASHTAG]

I pointed out that 'strictly not prohibited' = drink as much as you want and get lashed on the M4...
They're rewriting it as I type! <laugh>

Drinking alcoholic beverages on a coach or bus is actually against the law!

Back in the day in the 70s we would board the coach at Bell Avenue (no Castle Mall then) for an away trip early morning with crates of beer and by 8:30AM we'd be half pissed. That took some doing when we were downing Norwich Bitter and Ben Truman, you can just imagine how many pints that took ! <laugh>

We've all done it but the law is there for a very good reason, cans and bottles can roll along the floor and get jammed under the brake pedal, as unlikely as it seems, it has actually happened on several occasions! <ok>

From the BBC Gossip column - After backing Leicester City to win the Premier League title at the start of the season at odds of 5000/1, Foxes fan Jon Pryke has cashed out his £20 bet for a substantial £29,000. City are three points clear at the table with two and a half months of the season remaining.<yikes>
I think I'd have been tempted too!!! <ok>

Imagine toughing it out and they lose out on goal difference! <yikes>

What a goal!!! That was fantastic! Arsenal seem to have taken this game by the scruff now!

Why couldn't they play like this against Swansea!? So bloody typical!

Bless him, Robbie 'Superman' Brady loses two teeth midweek but has recovered sufficiently to play in two positions, according to the Guardian <yikes> Lock up that Welsh kryptonite! ;)
