But... why? You don't know these fans personally, they don't do anything to you. What difference does it actually make to your life if they support Arsenal?I'd rather we had fans who stick with us through thick and thin.

Loyalty to the club is different to loyalty to an employee.I'd rather we had fans who stick with us through thick and thin.

Come now... there's the potential for some Arsenal fans to laugh at how much more the club can sink?No Cech or Kosc now either.....eeeek!
Still fancy it to be a 0-0.
Neither side will want to lose this.
I think Leicester will be the only ones laughing after this weekend.
I'm not taking specifically about Wenger, we have fans who turn on the manager, players, each other when it goes wrong. We also have others that just seem to hate Arsenal 24/7. I'm not prescribing how people should support their team, that's up to them. As it is how I choose to support my team.![]()
Nor have I seen fans 'turn on each other when things go wrong'. Unless telling some fans they're maniacs for holding bizarre opinions is 'turning on them'? To me that's just telling them they're maniacs.I haven't come across anyone here who was anti-Arsenal, but they are anti-Wenger.
I really do hope this is Wenger's last season for us but I also hope we bring the right replacement in. I did hope to get Klopp or Pep but we missed the boat on both occasions. But the last thing we want is him going on for another season, using the transfer money that should be used by a new manager. We need a new direction and that includes giving as much support to the new guy coming in. Wenger is so far entrenched in Arsenal that any criticism is ignored and swept aside. He one of the highest paid managers in the Premiership, getting a whopping £8m and somehow he is immune to criticism? I can understand if he was doing the job for free or getting paid little, but £8m?!?! He's the manager, he buys and sets up his teams the way he wants. If we can't criticise him, then who can we? Is it the fault of the kit man?
In my opinion, a guy who has that much control, gets that much pay and brings in what he wants with a huge transfer kitty, is open to criticism. His inability to motivate our players at such a key moment of the season is terrible. This is one of the basic roles of the manager, getting the best from your players even when the chips are down. At the moment, few are playing well, Sanchez, who is usually reliable and gutsy looks well out of sorts.
I had so many expectations after our financial restricted and we won the FA. But we haven't much ground at all and the buck ends firmly with the manager, Wenger.
See thats Wengers fault too.
If he had stepped down at the end of last season, as most people wanted him too, then Klopp and Pep may have been options.
Anyway, anybody actually looking forward to the game tomorrow ?

No not looking forward to the game at all not exciting to be in another fight for top 4 and to watch another game of weak bottlers embarassing themselves
That's the spirit![]()
Just you and me then mate. I'm always nervous before a NLD. But with everybody writing us off and expecting Spurs to win, I think it might take the pressure off a bit. Also being away from the Emirates is probably a good thing for us at the moment.
So, if we win. We're level wth Spurs .....
