How difficult can it be to get the structure right? For Cellino to step back, and instead of spending a few million on dross like Doukara, Wood, Bamba etc, and instead use that money on a decent head coach and an extensive scouting network?
None of the coaches since Cellino took over have been anywhere near good enough. Every one of them have got the team playing boring, negative football. None of them addressed the glaringly obvious faults such as the lack of leaders in the side, the shortage of goals, the dire set pieces.
It's not rocket science ffs
Not only do I think you're right but if Cellino wants to (as he undoubtedly does) get us promoted on the cheap, it's essential he gets a scouting network in place to find the up and coming players that can play in this division, preferably a scouting team that knows the manager / coach so they can recruit players that will fit in with the style of football he wants to play
