Not only do I think you're right but if Cellino wants to (as he undoubtedly does) get us promoted on the cheap, it's essential he gets a scouting network in place to find the up and coming players that can play in this division, preferably a scouting team that knows the manager / coach so they can recruit players that will fit in with the style of football he wants to play .
I feel sorry for Adam Johnson's family, especially his dad. Upon leaving the Court, Johnson and family were besieged by 50 - 100 reporters pushing and shoving, 1000's of flashes going off in their faces whilst dozens of microphones were shoved in their faces. Johnson will face between 4 -10 yrs in prison. Don't you think his family deserve a bit of compasion.
