I think the judge probably already has a inkling of which way this will go. Always said that I think he will rightly be found 'not guilty' of the two offences that he is denying and obviously guilty of the two admitted offences. I'll go with 6-12 months possibly non-custodial. When I say rightly by the way, I don't mean that he has or hasn't committed them [I think he has, but others may disagree], but based on the evidence presented at court, for me they cannot convict as there is too much reasonable doubt to make a conviction 'safe'.

  1. Court hears how girl told police in February last year she had met with and had a relationship with a professional footballer
  2. Adam Johnson is then arrested and in a police interview admitted that he kissed her but always denied anything further
  3. Judge Rose: “Johnson says the girl is a proven liar”
  4. Prosecution say the guilt of Adam Johnson is “clear” and that the sacked footballer “lied to his girlfriend and the police”
  5. Jury told to rule out Johnson’s evidence that his former teammate Steven Fletcher had been due to be witness in court
  6. Judge tells jury: “Whether she was up for it or excited are things that are not relevant”
  7. A list of eight lies Johnson has told about the allegations were read to the jury but Judge stressed “lies don’t make him guilty”
  8. Jury reminded on facts of meetings between Johnson and the girl and also reminder about flirtatious messages between the pair
  9. Judge sums up girl’s initial police interview and recalls what she told the court about attempts to get friends and family to lie to police
  10. Review of schoolgirl’s evidence read to the jury - see more detail below - along with the effects of social media rumours on the girl

Has anyone seen a pic of her? I know a pic was doing the rounds last year that claimed to be her and it was in fact his lass.

I'm not suggesting you're advocating that but I'd be uncomfortable seeing a picture of the lass posted on here tbh.

She was under-age at the time and is still a young lass.

I got the impression that she was 'older' than what she looked. Oh well, maybe he won't get 6 months then. Longer.
So did a lot of people, including myself. I think that was down to all the talk of meeting her in a club etc, but it's actually the opposite. No wonder she was telling him she was to young to go drinking, she wouldn't have been able to get in anywhere.
