PNP, I get Pixie's state of mind, at the moment. He's been completely fcuked by the fact that I started a wum thread about Arsenal's chances against Barca that has already bitten, and we still have the main event to come. He is desperately trying to steer discussion away from the inevitable, and to hijack my thread, but it simply is not working.
Why?
Because despite the fact that he fantasised about Arsenal winning, reality (and the effectiveness of my wum) has hit home. And he knows that the worst is to come, and this thread is going to go down in the annuls of this site as being the best piss-tale on Wenger's last chance in Europe. He can't stand that.
So, I don't mind him having a pop. It's the only thing he knows how to do, not having the humility to say, "You know what, HIAG? You called it absolutely right, mate. We were ****e, and we are only going to get worse."
Instead, he chooses to believe that Arsenal can still win this, despite the fact that even the manager, whom he absolutely idolizes, sayiing Barca are 95% there.
