Debatable, your player trod on the Fiorentina defenders foot and then fell over. But to be fair, he did dive in. Fortunate to be given to be honest. Probably only a small bung for that one.

P.S. Clatterburg has been spotted driving around in his new Lamborghini since the City game <whistle>

Strikers get given those sorts of goals all the time though. Even wicked deflections that totally wrong foot the keeper usually still get credited to the striker.

Unless I've got it wrong, the shot needs to have been on target. How they could tell that was on target,I don't know!
 
Decent game that. Spurs a bit lucky to be awarded the pen and a bit lucky to end the game with 11 men. I was impressed with Fiorentina though. Should be a good 2nd leg.
 
Midgetland are 2-1 against Utd with a couple of minutes to go <laugh>

I thought Alli was a bit lucky not to see red for that kick, he could have easily gone. Also Dembele on a yellow card went over the top two footed at the end. Could easily have been a second yellow. The pen was debatable too, the Spurs man literally trod on the Fiorentina defender's foot. Once again Spurs got the rub of the green from the ref. Any impartial observer could see this was the case. <ok>

Coming from a deluded spud angle I can see why you wouldn't think my analysis is impartial, but if you take a step back from your bias, you'll see that I'm calling it as it is <ok>

Anyway, as fortunate as Spurs were to come away with a draw, it's all about laughing at Utd getting spanked by Midgetland tonight <laugh>

ComIng from a totally biased Goon, I can understand why you'd see things like that. The penalty was stonewall, nowhere near the ball. I see that your calling it as you best think you can Wum about it.

Utd! It's a joke really, isn't it? All that money and they get beat by a bunch of Danish roadsweepers!
