So you are spending your peak years on a football forum. Yet you have the nerve to talk about other posters " reliving their heyday" as you put it?
At least they've had a heyday, whereas you spend yours in a room making snide remarks on a football forum.
I can just imagine you on a forum in 20 years time talking about your heyday on a, wait for it, football forum. You're right, I would hope that you won't be on a forum reliving your heyday, because let's face it you haven't had one.
And so we see the reason for the snide remarks. Insecurity and a total lack of confidence. Your social life involves your hand.

I suppose I do many things which aren't the optimum use of my time as we all do. I post on football forums, read books, watch TV. It would be a bit tiring if I spent 100% of my time travelling, clubbing or whatever else constitutes a good use of time in your youth. It's amazing I've managed to fit in a normal life, studying, going out, travelling, living abroad etc. and still have time to post the odd comment about football. Amazing.
Fortunately, if my heyday is over, I'll have some better stories than pretending I was part of a group of blokes who beat up other blokes at the football.
For one, I was never part of a group that beat up blokes at football. So wrong on that score. And I have been travelling abroad, clubbing etc.

You know I never implied that you are one of those who does that? Is that why you got all frantic about heydays?
Nah, just making a point. You really need to stop looking down your nose at people. It's not a good trait.
I appreciate the life coaching from a bloke who tries to offer fights over the internet.
I don't look down my nose at any poster on here. Ossie excepted, of course, and even he I know isn't really how he acts on here.
