Cue running fast in slowmotion noises in your head when you see Sturridge run.

Bet it costs us more than 6 Million dollars though....

 

His wages are more than 6 million dollars per season... 150kx4x10months = 6 million pounds.

 

I was thinking solely on our medical costs...but yeah lol

 

Studge injured this morning turning his alarm clock off

 

Somebody bumped into him when the ball went out for a throw. His MRI scan is booked for Monday morning

 

any actual real word on when sicknote may return? ****ing joke this is.

all the signs are there to bring him back imho

 

Of course... just saying I get it. You can't explain the mindset unless you've felt it yourself.

But it could all be a moot point... he may just be physically injured all the time and the mentality isn't an issue. Hard to imagine someone reaching that level of any sport without wanting to maximise their pitch time.

EDIT: On a happier note it would be nice to finally see Sturridge, Coutinho and Firmino... lots to like about that combination.
