That went from depressing to fun and back to depressing! Lol..will do....definately try to organise something...

Fixed <whistle>

In all seriousness though...aim for a midweek cup game or a Monday nighter. I know they are trickier to organise but defo easier to get tickets for...plus the midweek games at least have a soupçon of atmosphere

Clearly, there are no guarantees at this stage that anything will change regarding ticket prices but it is a possibility.

Fans hold so much power in this game - the sooner all owners, players etc realise this, the better.

Credit to the fans who walked out - let's hope the senior managers do the right thing.

Finally - I can't stand Ian Ayre. He's a slimy character who's more interested in socialising, partying, chatting girls from Hooters and taking them to the game on club expenses. Hope he goes.

Here's one reason why those ticket prices are going up ... ok this is from the Man U v Chelsea game (from a story about half and half scarves :emoticon-0119-puke: actually) but these are the type of people who will have no issue paying full whack for a ticket, football tourists who will go to a game as a one-off on holiday and possibly never visit the stadium again, PL football is more interested in this kind of business than the traditional fan

Know him personally do you?

And who says it is at the club's expense?
He's been pictured with a couple of slappers at a Hooters bar, and then they've been pictured at the game over the weekend sat next to him.

I sincerely doubt they paid for their Directors box tickets.

This sounds like something that the rags should be all over.

It's the only thing he's done at LFC worthy of a round of applause <whistle> I can imagine him negotiating the price of the girls.... "I'll pay double for the flat chested one with no legs"

As much as I enjoy a bit of Ayre bashing (I mentioned what a twat he is about 3 years ago on here) this one's not entirely on his shoulders. The owners must have signed off on the price rise. This time he's more messenger....Ayre mail if you like.
