Dare I say vegetarian roast? Quorn "steak" pie in place of meat and veggie gravy otherwise normal roast
Chicken, beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, stuffing & gravy, broccoli, carrots, peas & sweetcorn. Yum.
Missus gone down with flu so it'll be something light today, probably a bit of salmon in hollandaise sauce with mash and veg...
Nice fresh baguette, still warm from the bakery, full of ham, cornichons and mustard. The rest of the bread and nutella on the side.
Roast lamb in honey n rosemary,maris piper roasties in goose fat,fresh French beans,swede mash and baby carrots!....... My 'special'gravy.......ooooo cockney boys luv graaaaavy!
Ate out with "she who must be obeyed", then back in time to watch Wales play Ireland. We had Garlic king prawns, followed by Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, cabbage & swede.
Cooking something new (for me), slow cooked beef brisket. It's in there now. Says I should pull it to pieces and put it in buns with sauce, but it's Sunday, so roasties and yorkshires are required.
Pork Loin, Roasties, Broccoli souffle type thingy washed down with a rather pleasant Shiraz Rose.......
