No one can beat the over hype of Wilshere. 7 goals in the Prem his whole career. Injured all the time. Plays one good game every 2 years.
Yeah read that. But Jay has also scored far more goals and looked a good player for more then one game a season. I am still worried Jay could be finished. This is going to come as a bit of a shock, but since 2013, JayRod has just about had more days out through injury than Wilshere. Count back a little bit further and Wilshere easily tops Jay's total. Jay has had one real major injury in his career.[I think the nerve trouble might be a spin-off], whereas Wilshere is an injury waiting to happen. His playing style and poor technique means it's just a matter of time before the next one.

Go on then. Explain...
Just find him very annoying and smug. Obviously no doubting the job he did for us but as a personality I didn't like him.
Overrated as in ability or personality traits?

Must admit there was one thing that annoyed the hell out of me about Our Nigel and that was his insistence on calling footballers football players.
Why ? What is so sodding wrong with the single word footballer ?![]()
In terms of Wiltshire it's both. How he ever gets a sniff of the Egland set up is beyond me.Overrated as in ability or personality traits?
The oxymoron of Ryan Giggs winning the BBC Sports Personality of the Year, he has no personality and the wettest hand-shake ever.

That's just called irony. An oxymoron is a linguistic term which refers to two adjacent words which directly contradict one another.
Ie: deafening silence
Go on then, when did you shake hands with him![]()
I think Ryan Giggs is the antithesis of personality, a bit like Michael Owen's monotonous voice.
Sure. I don't disagree. But it's still not an oxymoron. An oxymoron literally has to be two opposing words adjacent to one another.
