I wasn't impressed with him from what I saw, but that was under Brendan so he deserves until Jan window to prove himself.
Would much rather have Markovic in the side than resort to playing Coutinho, Milner, Lallana etc out wide. He's got real pace and wants to run at players. Realistically he's a step or two ahead of Ibe as well.
Rodgers only gave Markovic a proper go in his preferred position twice, and he scored both times. Even at wing back he showed flashes of serious skill. Like Firmino he needed time to settle into the English game. But that is hard to do with out a run of games.
klopp probably wants him back but the first part of this is BS. if fenerbache offered £20m to take him we'd accept. doubt they'd offer that though as he's hardly been inspirational for them....0 goals in 13 games
